Marc graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication in 1980. Upon graduation, he joined a small national publishing company in sales calling on Certified Public Accountants and Tax Attorneys. With bigger dreams and higher aspirations, Marc began searching for a better opportunity.

In January 1986, Marc changed careers and joined New York Life as an agent in Austin, Texas. After 2 ½ years as an Executive Council agent, he entered sales management in June 1988. As a Sales Manager for 3 years, Marc finished in the “Top Ten” nationally all 3 years and also received an invitation to the Annual Partner’s meeting each year. He was promoted to Senior Partner in the Austin General Office in September 1991 where he worked until being promoted to Managing Partner of the Tulsa, Oklahoma General Office in November 1992.

Marc led the Tulsa General Office for 4 years before being promoted to Agency Vice President in the West Central Zone General Office in Dallas, Texas. Fifteen months later, he was promoted to Zone Vice President in the Pacific Zone located in Walnut Creek, CA.

Over the next eight years Marc worked in two different Zones with his primary responsibility developing second line managers in 60 offices.

Again in November of 2004 he gets the call to become the Managing Partner of the Northern California General Office in Roseville, CA. This office is one of the premier offices of New York Life. Under Marc's leadership the office has won numerous national trophies and continues to grow and expand throughout Northern California.

Marc is married to his bride of 26+ years, Mindy, and they have a beautiful young daughter, Jacqueline.

As a family they enjoy sports, fitness, reading, travel and spending quality time with family and friends.
